Kolkata Indians Riot Over New Car Laws

In order to reduce the lung damaging pollution in Kolkata, India, the Indian Court imposed a ban on motor vehicles manufactured before 1993. As might have been expected in a country where the average person cannot even afford a new scooter, the owners of pre-1993 three wheel vehicles rioted setting fire to busses throughout the city.
