The Colorado Department of Revenue believes the vanity license plate ILVTOFU, requested by Kelley Coffman-Lee to profess her love of tofu, could be seen as obscene and has rejected the request, according to UPI. The Department's spokesperson said, "We have nothing bad to say about (Coffman-Lee's) love of tofu," he said. "We're concerned about others who may misread the plate."
