LA Sheriffs Get MINI-E's

The Los Angeles County Board Of Supervisors have approved a deal to lease 17 MINI-E's for the LA County Sheriffs Department for $10 per month per car as part of MINI's MINI-E testing program. The Sheriffs Departments says the MINI-E's will stationed at administrative offices, in specialized units, used for recruitment, and for volunteers, not patrol work.
