To cut down on speeding outside the Ferrari plant in Maranello, Italy the government has posted a 31 mph speed limit and installed radar cameras in both directions much to the dismay of Ferrari test drivers and owners. However, all is not lost. Should you get a speeding ticket in Maranello present it at Ristorante Teatro Caruso di Papozze and you will get a free Velox Pizza.
