We Are Highly Trained Service Technicians

An eye-opening story from the Consumerist, as reported by Jalopnik, of a Toyota dealer's service technicians rifling through a customer's coin tray, center console, glove box, ash tray and key-ring pill holder, taking goodies, and then, watching porn on a laptop in the rear seat. The customer was none too pleased and that is why there is this video of Toyota "customer service" -
