Starting today the California Highway Patrol and law enforcement agencies across the Bay Area are joining forces for a strict zero-tolerance campaign aimed at identifying and issuing citations to motorists talking or texting on cell phones while driving.

Welcome to NORCAL MINIS. We are a non-profit group made up of MINI and Mini Classic enthusiasts (you don't need a Mini to be a member!). We operate and have members from all over Northern California, all the way from the California/Oregon border to as far south as San Luis Obispo. All are welcome!
