Taking Care Of Baby

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has evaluated how well child safety restraints work with existing seat belts. It found 21 were Best Bets, 7 were Good Bets and 8 out of the 72 seats evaluated could not be recommended. Go here to find out which to buy and which to avoid.
