A group of German scientists have developed "MadeInGermany (MIG)," a system that allows you to command via GPS enabled phone or computer your driverless vehicle to navigate its way to you along the shortest path. The system allows the car to drive itself aided by sensors that read the road for obstacles via a 3D image of the street that permits detection of oncoming traffic.
