The organizational documents for NorCal MINIs call for five (5) members on the Board of the Directors. Currently there is one vacancy on the Board. If you or someone you know would like to serve on the NorCal MINIs' Board, and that person is a member in good standing, please send your nomination to info@norcalminis.com prior to October 16, 2010. All qualified candidates will be included on the ballot that will be distributed a week prior to NorCal MINIs' Annual Membership Breakfast Meeting at Vic's All-Star Kitchen (201 Main St., No. 3A, Pleasanton, CA) at 9:00 a.m on Saturday, October 23, 2010.
At the breakfast meeting votes will also be tallied for next year's events. Members who wish to vote, who cannot be present, may do so during the week before the meeting. Watch your email in the coming weeks for more details on proxy voting and events up for nomination. All nominations for events will close on October 16, 2010.
Members who will be attending breakfast please sign up by responding to your member email invitation. If you did not receive one, or lost it, register by writing us at info@norcalminis.com. Only the first 30 people can be guaranteed under the group breakfast reservation. Please also note that the restaurant will only provide a single check per table.
Send us your 2011 event and run proposals so they can get facetime before our 2010 Members prior to the meeting.
