American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, a Washington-based nonprofit group financed by foundations, electric utilities and state and federal agencies, released its annual list of the 12 greenest vehicles of the 2011 model year. The MINI Cooper came in tenth ahead of the Toyota Yaris and Chevrolet Volt. Here is the entire list:
