MINI Flash Mob Crashes Vancouver International Auto Show

According to the Vancouver Courier, last Sunday morning, a group of over 30 cars and 50 people from the Vancouver MINI Cooper Club and another vintage club, the motorized “Flash Mob, Italian Job” was led by a No. 37 MINI Cooper S from the MINI dealer at MINI Yaletown to the Vancouver Internal Auto Show.The No. 37 MINI Cooper S car had decals and roof storage loaded with gas tanks and spare tires, in a recreation of the historical MINI win of the 1964 Monte Carlo Rally. The MINI flash mob crashed the Auto show and then camped out by the Olympic cauldron.

Annual dues are used for the support of Club operations such as reservations, administrative supplies or charity.

--- MEMBERSHIP DUES ---

NORCAL MINIS is open to all and ownership of any MINI model car is encouraged, but not required.

Payment of annual dues is a prerequisite to membership. Membership begins on date dues are received by the club Treasurer and expire on December 31st of the same year.

New members are $35

Renewals are $25, during open enrollment period only otherwise the cost is $35

Members must be at least 18 years of age with legal rights to sign any event disclaimers. One spouse or significant other, per paid membership is considered a member with all the rights and privileges of Club membership.
