Rosen, a now former law firm office manager and bookkeeper was admitted Tuesday into Morris County, NJ,’s Pre-Trial Intervention program to resolve charges of stealing $31,949 over a two-year period from the firm that specializes in disability assistance and law.. The article says,
No money was stolen from accounts dedicated to client funds, Rafel said, but Rosen used the funds to buy herself a Mini Cooper and nice jewelry and accessories.
She has now fully repaid the firm. Between 2008 and September 2010, she allegedly stole 74 times by signing checks to herself and then altering bank statements. The lawyer said she launched an investigation after she learned that Rosen was using a law firm credit card to buy school items for her children.
