NorCal MINIs' 2011 Photo Contest

One lucky photographer will receive a free 2012 NorCal MINIs' Membership, a limited edition NorCal MINIs' Cap and their winning photograph on the front of every 2012 NorCal MINIs' Membership Card. Here are the rules and instructions on how to participate:
1. All submissions must be emailed to info@norcalminis.com with the title "CONTEST SUBMISSION" in the Re: line and the submitter's name, address, telephone number and email address in the body and the submission attached thereto before midnight Pacific Standard Time on October 31, 2011.
2. All submissions must be owned by the submitter and the submitter warrants he or she has all rights and title to publication of the submission which rights, upon submission, shall become the property of NorCal MINIs. By submitting a photo to NorCal MINIs NorCal MINIs shall also receive a non-exclusive right to the use of the photograph and any derivative works in any manner that NorCal MINIs sees fit.
3. All submissions should be at least 640 x 480 and of business card size print quality.
4. The winning submittor shall receive a free 2012 NorCal MINIs Membership, a limited edition NorCal MINIs cap and their photograph shall form the basis of the 2012 NorCal MINIs Membership Card.
5. The winner will be chosen through an online poll of all submissions that will take place November 1 through 30, 2011. The winner of the contest shall be announced in December 2011 on the NorCal MINIs' website.
6. Poll takers will be instructed to vote for the photograph that best expresses the theme "NorCal MINIs."

Pacific Coast Dream Machines
Pacific Coast Dream Machines is thia Sunday, May 1, 2011 (the video is from 2010). Admission is $20 for adults, $10 ages 11-17 and 65+. The event occurs at the Half Moon Bay Airport and gates open at 7:00 a.m. for vendors and exhibitors. Gates for spectators open at 10 a.m.
We will meet at 6:15 a.m. in Half Moon Bay in the parking lot at 142 San Mateo Road (yes, there is a Peet's there) so we can caravan to the airport, enter the show and park together. Please complete your registration ASAP! If you didn't sign up as an exhibitor we hope you can show up after 10:00 a.m. and find us. This is a great show that you don't want to miss.
"Rock the Rivals" Event
On May 15, 2011, MINI of Concord will host MINIs' "Rock the Rivals" event and NorCal MINIs will participate. MINI of Concord will have competitive cars available to drive at the event.
If you can't make it on May 15, 2011, you can also "Rock The Rivals" at East Bay MINI on Thursday, May 19, 2011 from noon to 6:00 p.m.
On May 15, 2011, MINI of Concord will host MINIs' "Rock the Rivals" event and NorCal MINIs will participate. MINI of Concord will have competitive cars available to drive at the event.If you can't make it on May 15, 2011, you can also "Rock The Rivals" at East Bay MINI on Thursday, May 19, 2011 from noon to 6:00 p.m.
Detail Day Canceled
Please note that the NorCal MINIs' Detail Day originally scheduled for May 15, 2011 has been canceled due to other conflicting events. At present there is no new date for the Detail Day.
AMVIV8
The eighth annual "A MINI Vacation In Vegas." sponsored by the Sin City MINI Club of Las Vegas, is scheduled for May 19 through 22, 2011. This is not a formal NorCal MINIs event, however, many members have attended this enjoyable MINI gathering in the past. For more information about the event bve sure to visit the AMVIV website.
NorCal MINIs' Day At The Ballpark
Hurry, hurry, hurry, hurry. Only 5 tickets remain for the Saturday, May 21, 2011 meeting of baseball's Bay Area adversaries - the Oakland Athletics versus The World Series Champion San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park. Gametime is 4:10 p.m. The Giants will be giving away World Series Championship Caps to the first 20,000 fans so we will want to be there very early.
Tickets are $45.00 each. If you purchase before May 1st the tickets will be sent to you. Thereafter, we will leave them at will call. Don't miss NorCal MINIs' Day At The Ballpark.
A group of NorCal MINIs' members will meet for lunch at McCovey's in Walnut Creek at 12:30 p.m. on game day. You are welcome to join us. Just email us at info@norcalminis.com to tell us you are coming to lunch.
The Woodrichs say they will be at the Paragon Resturant 1/2 block from the ballpark, 701 2nd St., San Francisco, CA at 1:30 p.m. on Game Day. Anyone is also welcome to make reservations and join them.

If you receive a sold out message you should check with the Giant's box office to see whether any tickets are still available directly from the Giants.
