MINI Countryman Participates In Put Foot Rally

MINI Space covers the Put Foot Rally, an African car rally that starts in South Africa and proceeds through Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique in seventeen days. MINI South Africa arranged for the team of Gordon McTavish, Meegan Rourke, Andrew McGill and Louise Gans to use a modded MINI All4 Countryman for the rally. The team hopes to raise R50,000 (nearly €5,000) for Project Rhino, the anti-poaching foundation, and for the Put Foot Foundation, which seeks to provide underprivileged school children with brand new quality leather school shoes. To support these causes, MINI South Africa has agreed to match all cash fundraised up to the value of R100,000 (about €10,000).
