We’ve always loved the JCW suspension. It’s given the MINI more control at the limit while often improving comfort on the road. However the one rub against it has always been the lack of adjustability – especially when compared with aftermarket coil-over systems. For the F56 MINI has rectified this by taking the GP’s coil-over suspension and adapting it to the F56.
The results is a system that has 10-20 mm of adjustment. In the front the kit has two stainless steel adjustable suspension legs with red springs. For the back MINI has two dampers for the rear with two adjustable spring plates finished off with red springs. The kit will debut at European dealers shortly with US deliveries beginning in 2015. Pricing for Europe is 1,330 EUR, We expect the US to see something around $2,000 for the kit.
