Cash For Clunkers May Be On The Horizon

Motorauthority writes that Congress will consider a revised Cash for Clunkers Bill that will pay between $3,000 and $7,500 for an eight year old or older car that will apply to a new vehicle that gets at least 27 mpg highway and costs less than $35,000.
