Traffic Light Scans For Car Insurance

Gizmodo posts this synopsis of an article that appeared in the Chicago Sun Times. Apparently, Chicago is considering traffic lights that scan every vehicle that passes to assure that they have car insurance. If you have no insurance you can expect a $300-$500 ticket in the mail.
