When Tesla CEO Elon Musk was on the Tonight Show exhibiting the Tesla Roadster Letterman took the opportunity to bash GM and the proposed Chevrolet Volt for an all-electric range of 40 miles per charge. On Wednesday, May 20, 2009, former GM Vice-Chairman Bob Lutz will be on Letterman to exhibit the Volt and refute Letterman's criticism, although we are sure GM's prospective bankruptcy will also be a topic of discussion.
