Texas Officer McCain vs. Grandma Winkfein - The Video

Remember this story from June 4, 2009, where Texas Police Officer Richard McCain tazed 72 year old Grandma Kathryn Winkfein "to defend himself" because, according to the officer she used profanity and got violent when she refused to sign a speeding ticket. The video of the incident has now been released and, quite frankly, we are now hesitant to believe anything a police officer says, especially in Texas. Check it out for yourself -
