Boot Opens Up On The MINI Countryman

MotoringFile is calling the 2011 MINI Crossover the "Countryman." Until there is official word to the contrary, that is what we will call it as well.

This new spy picture, obtained by MotoringFile from automotivetraveler.com, shows that the rear boot opens as a hatch, not as an odd swinging door as seen in car show prototypes. MotoringFile will have a special report on the Countryman next week.
