It is one thing to get a ticket for speeding. It's quite another getting a second ticket for improper hand signals for flipping the officer the bird after he gave you the speeding ticket. But, that is exactly what Port Hope, Ontario, Canada constable Bettina Schwarze did when she got the middle finger from a local motorist.
