Officer, It's From All Those People Blowing Into Me

This is an Oxford, Ohio Halloween night booking photograph of University of Ohio student James Miller for DUI, underage drinking and driving the wrong way down a one way street. Notice that Mr. Miller is wearing a breathalyzer costume with a dial with three levels of drunkenness: Boring, Life of the Party, and Sotally Tober. No mention is made regarding to which level the dial was pointed. However, we suspect it was Sotally Tober.
