Most Congested Cities? And The Winners Are . . .

TomTom has calculated which cities have the worst traffic based on its Speed Profiles database used in its portable, in car and smartphone navigation systems. Here are the top five:

1. Seattle WA

2. Los Angeles, CA

3. Chicago, IL

4. San Francisco, CA

5. New York, NY

The Bay Area has the most cities in the top 30 including San Jose and Oakland. The least congested city? Minneapolis, MN.
