CARB Backtracks On Solar Energy Reducing Car Window Glazing

The California Air Resources Board has back tracked from requiring solar glazing on new vehicle windows because of law enforcement and toll collector concerns that it will degrade many radio and cell phone signals, the signal emitted from police home detention ankle bracelets and interfere with the EZ Pass toll collection system.
