Caution - Drunk People Crossing

Romanian officials are posting signs to deal with a traffic issue - cars running over intoxicated pedestrians. The Mayor of the town of Pecica, Petru Antal, is concerned that drivers risk running over local residents who over indulge at the town's bars.

“We have to target the drivers because by the time the pedestrians get into this state they are beyond caring,” Antal said.
