Ontario MINI Club Rally Foiled By Police

The Ontario MINI Club holds a charity rally on a road nicknamed the “Rattler” and let the police know that there would be a large group of MINI’s driving the road as part of the event. The police used this information to set up a speed trap and notified the local television channel to show up. The police pulled over the entire procession, gave some drivers speeding tickets, impounded vehicles and notified the Canadian equivalent of Child Family Services of any adults who had children in their vehicle. Full coverage, part 1 and part 2, is available at theGarageBlog.
