FAA Flying Car Approval Is Finally Here

The FAA has approved the Terrafugia Transition. The automotive gas powered two-seater can drive up to 65 mph on the road, and fly up to 115 mph in the air and, with its wings folded, will fit in a garage. A $10,000 refundable airframe deposit can be made on the company's website for the estimated $194,000 purchase price. Delivery is expected late next year. Seventy have already been reserved.
