KBB Up For Sale

Kelly Blue Book, a privately held company known as the leader in automotive pricing guides since 1926, is up for sale according to the Financial Times. The estimated sales price is between $500 million and $1 billion. KBB has sustained a decline in traffic on its website, KBB.com, from nine million visits per month to about seven million over the past three years.
