Class Action Filed Against BMW Over MINI Power Steering Pump Failures

ClassActionLawsuitsInTheNews reports that:
A class action lawsuit has been filed against BMW of North America, LLC (“BMW” or “Defendant”) in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (styled Deenie Glass v. BMW of North America, LLC) alleging, among other things, that BMW designed and manufactured Mini Cooper brand automobiles model years 2002 to 2009 with a defective power steering system that purportedly manifests itself without warning, rendering the Mini Cooper vehicle uncontrollable in traffic and potentially resulting in fire in the engine compartment, according to the BMW Mini Cooper power steering system class action lawsuit complaint.
