Corvettes Do Not Surf

A couple walk into a bar and engage in a conversation about cars with a man seated next to them. The man lets it be known that he has never driven a Corvette. The couple just happen to be visiting tourists who have rented one from Hertz during their stay and offer the man a chance to drive. He takes it out on the beach with the couple in the passenger seat to do donuts. Unfortunately, the Vette bogs down in soft sand and goes straight into the surf. The man runs from the vehicle and the tide comes in. Here's the result:
