A MINI Cooper Diesel Gets A London Traffic Advantage

MotoringFile reports that the city of London, which charging certain kinds of vehicles a Congestion Charge of as much as £10 a day to be in certain areas of the city, starting January 2011 will exempt the MINI One D and Cooper D (but not the Cooper S Diesel) from the charges due to their low fuel consumption and emissions figures.
