Belvedere Officer Bob Smith Is A Dummy

As you enter the exclusive enclave ofr Belvedere, California, you will be under the watchless eyes of Officer Bob Smith in his Belvedere Patrol Car. Officer Bob is a dummy and was placed in the retired patrol car as a decoy to "discourage traffic scofflaws and would-be criminals." To add an air of authenticity to him Sweet Things, a Tiburon bakery, added an empty coffee cup on the dash and a plastic donut to make the decoy car more believable, however, it appears someone stole the doughnut. Police move the mannequin around town about twice a week, enough to keep drivers guessing.
