Street Legal But Too Small

This 41-inch high, 51-inch long and 26-inch wide built on a quad bike chassis, using wheels from a Honda motorbike, is the Guinness Book Of World Records holder of the award for the smallest street car. Frankly, we wouldn't want to be in this sucker as an 18-wheeler was coming up fast in the rearview mirror.
