Gert Hildebrand Leaves MINI

After running MINI's Design Team for ten years Gert Hildebrand is leaving the company effective December 31, 2010. Anders Warming, age 38, head of Exterior Design at BMW Automobiles, the team that created the BMW Z4, BMW 5 Series and the BMW Concept 6 Series Coupe, will replace Hildebrand. No word yet on where Hildebrand, age 57, is headed.
