NHTSA Wants To Require Your Behind Up Front

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has proposed that all motor vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or less be required to be equipped with backup cameras by 2014.  Apparently, NHTSA doesn't believe it can make heads turn.
