You Are A Winner! You Drove The Speed Limit

VW held a contest called "The Fun Theory" and requested submission of ideas that make everyday driving fun. The winner was a traffic camera that, in addition to ticketing speeders, enters people who drive the speed limit into a lottery. Check it out:
