During a test drive that Guerlain Chicherit took in the X-raid Monster Energy MINI Countryman All4 on a Dakar Rally rest day in Arica he had an accident that caused him head trauma and terminally damages the vehicle ("the car flipped end-over-end a couple of time before coming to rest.") Lack of time and parts rendered repair impossible.
