MINI has announced a new JCW range of factory-fitted accessories available as a kit for the 2011 MINI Cooper hard-top and MINI Cooper Convertible. The kit includes a John Cooper Works aero kit (also available separately), a deep lower chin spoiler with a lower grille opening and functional brake ducts, new side skirts, a custom rear bumper modeled after the MINI Challenge race cars, 17-inch light alloy wheels, more lenient traction control, electronic differential settings, upgraded brakes, custom door sills, a leather steering wheel with contrasting red stitching, a gearshift knob with red shift pattern lettering and a leather shift boot with more red stitching for manual models. The kit should be available from the second quarter of 2011 as a factory option.
