Rally Italy Sardinia Update

motorsport.com has published a transcript of the Pre-Rally Press Conference attended by Kris Meeke, MINI WRC Team; Sébastien Loeb, Citroën Total World Rally Team; Malcolm Wilson, Ford Abu Dhabi World Rally Team; and Nick Shorrock, Michelin Competition.

As far as race progress for the MINI WRC TeamMotoringFile reports:

With Citroen driver Sebestian Loeb leading, Chris Meeke shocked everyone by launching his MINI into fourth [sic] place by the end of the second stage. However a technical problem resulted in him hitting a rock on Stage 3. The other MINI piloted by Dani Sordo is currently running in 8th place.
