Next weekend driver Owen Trinkler with co-driver Sarah Cattaneo will pilot the RSR Motorsports #198 MINI Cooper S in Road America. The team just notched their fourth top-10 result in ST competition on the season at Watkins Glen in the beginning of June with a ninth place finish. Cattaneo will be asked to qualify the car and start the race while Trinkler will be asked to bring the Mini Cooper to the finish line at race’s end.
Entering the seventh race of the year Trinkler is currently in seventh in driver points, while RSR Motorsports is currently fifth in team points for the 2011 Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge Series season.
