Choosing A MINI For The Dilapidated Back Roads Of Oregon

Dan Edmunds, Director of Vehicle Testing at edmund's inside line, writes about his experiences with the MINI Cooper S hatchback and a 2011 MINI Cooper S Countryman ALL4 on poorly maintained, sketchy, mountainous back roads and fire roads of the Oregon coastal mountains. Edmunds concludes:
When all is said and done the Mini Countryman S is a far better choice than the Mini Cooper S in this part of the country -- or any other, for that matter, in which the highway department moves slower than the slumping hillsides.
