Experian Hitwise's second quarterly
Automotive report that surveys the latest online trends of manufacturers, dealerships, classifieds and motor insurance in the UK, Experian Hitwise concluded that MINI was the "stand out performer." MINI was the eighth biggest auto manufacturing brand in the UK, up four places from 12th last quarter and up from 13th place last year. It accounted for 3.85% of branded automotive searches this quarter, and registered 12,514 new vehicles according to The Society of Motor Manufactures and Traders (SMMT), 500 more new vehicles than last quarter.
