School Kids Flock To Oxford To See MINIs Being Made

About 240 Oxfordshire teenagers are being given the chance to take a tour of the Crowley plant in Oxford to see how MINIs are made and to meet with the company’s apprentices as part of the See Inside Manufacturing initiative which aims to highlight career opportunities in the car industry. According to the Oxford Mail,
Managing director of Mini Plant Oxford Dr Jurgen Hedrich said: “We hope to welcome more than 200 young people through the plant during the initiative and hope many of our visitors will be encouraged to apply for an apprenticeship here.”
