Drivers in the southern U.S. are worst in the Country and the further south you go the worse they get. Californians, on the other hand, rank in the top third of the best driver's in the U.S. according to
CarInsuranceComparison.com which compiled data from three sources: the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (driving fatalities), the American Motorists Association (which states hand out the most tickets), and MADD (drunk drivers).
