MINI Motorsport reports Stéphane Peterhansel mastered stage 12 of the Dakar Rally 2013 without problems and remains securely in first place. His X-raid Team teammates, Nani Roma and Leonid Novistkiy, also put in excellent performances on the stage. Novitskiy currently occupies fourth place and Roma is third overall.
