MotoringFile reports MINI has produced a limited edition vehicle for France with a mouthful of a name. Only eleven of the MINI John Cooper Works Countryman ALL4 Dakar Winner 2013's will be made and they can only be purchased in France. The vehicle is the first MINI to feature matte paint and appears to be fitted with BMW M division options.
