MotoringFile takes the comments by MINI USA Vice President Jim McDowell differently than what most auto business writers interpreted as a likely contraction of the number of models in the MINI line-up. It thinks a revised Clubman, with two suicide doors, one on each side; a hardtop convertible Roadster that combines the present Roadster and the Coupe; and a family van concept, the Spacebox or Traveler, will all figure predominantly in MINI's future.
