MINI Cooper S Hero Chases Down Drunk Driver

In Taiwan an intoxicated driver of a red Mitsubishi barreled into scooters and cars injuring their passenger and, then took off. A MINI Cooper S driver followed the intoxicated driver and brought him to justice.
