A Quick Spin In 2014 MINI Cooper S For Australia's Drive

Andrew Maclean provides a review of the 2014 MINI Cooper S for Australia's Drive.com.au. Maclean finds:
Its a little firecracker when you want it to be, with its 2.0-litre turbo charged engine pumping out 147kW of power to give it a claimed 0-100km/h time of 6.7 seconds. But, with all of its 280Nm available from just 1250rpm, it also feels immediately responsive, especially in its Sport mode where it introduces a more noticeable turbo whistle under acceleration and a burble from the exhaust when you back off.
