That is the gist of the headline of independent.ie's Life Motoring in its review of the new MINI Clubman in which it rhetorically asks:

It takes a little getting use to but all the old driving ingredients are there, no doubt. The question now is will people opt for an estate that happens to be a MINI or a MINI that happens to be an estate.
